Overview of Position
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources within Systems LLC including the Germantown, WI and Malvern, AR manufacturing sites. The Systems HR Manager will serve as the face of HR to our leaders, managers and associates within CAS line of business. The scope of the HR Manager's responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: employee relations, recruiting & retention, training, compensation and benefits administration, talent management and cultural change and development. The position will work with the HR department at Chamberlain Group (CGI) to integrate and implement best practices that will provide benefit to both Systems and CGI. This position is responsible for providing HR partnership and consulting that will help build capability and develop employees creating the right talent, right leadership, and right culture to grow our business.

development, compensation, engagement, employee relations, culture, diversity
and inclusion, and HR programs and projects.

address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all
interests, and provides coaching and advice to managers and employees as
managers with interpretation and guidance of HR policies, and legal and
compliance matters to ensure fair and consistent application. Counsels and advises on the administration of
specific employment laws including federal and state labor laws, and consults
with Legal, as necessary.
