Overview of Position

The Marketing Specialist will be located at the Systems, LLC headquarters in Germantown, WI and will report to the Marketing and Communications Director.  The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for various marketing tasks as they’re assigned, including writing content, social media activity, lead generation, marketing email campaigns, website management, and more.


Description of Duties and Job Responsibilities


  • Write content for marketing literature, company websites, blogs, etc.
  • Post information on company social media accounts.  Manage communication on social media.  Participate in online forums through LinkedIn and various industry chat boards.
  • Compile contact information of potential customers/partners and create marketing lists.
  • Assist Product Manager in creating marketing material to support sales for a specific product or product type.
  • Design email templates to send to customers/partners.
  • Create marketing campaigns that target a specific audience/segment.
  • Manage websites to ensure content and data is setup for SEO best practices.
  • Create marketing literature pieces as they’re requested by the Sales department.
  • Organize and maintain marketing images, videos, and various files for other company divisions to access.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for the Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Manage internal marketing communication through email, company TV displays, and company newsletters.
  • Assist in brand identity.  Strengthen brand recognition through social media, career website, corporate reviews, industry forums, industry associations, and other digital channels.
  • Manage direct mail campaigns for all brands.
  • Assist in eCommerce product information for online parts sales.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Efficient knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications is required.
  • Some experience with the Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience with B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in the industrial industry is a plus.
